Servicing and maintenance
Removing plant and soil residue from the plough and inspecting for any damage after every ploughing session is a standard process every farmer swears by. However, we understand the tough terrains that you work with and that despite all precaution and care equipment can get damaged after prolonged usage causing a lot of wear and tear. We are here to help you every step of the way.
Our workshop is equipped to perform maintenance servicing ranging from basic nut and bolt tightening to realigning, welding and replacing parts and components. Here is a complete set of repairs we perform for any kind of plough or any agricultural equipment you bring to us.
Process
- Inspecting the used plough and check the required work to be done
- Choose the right kind of parts to replace
- In-house repDismantle the parts/ cutting the parts using gas cutter and replace the old parts with new parts such as point bar, shear blade , mould board , legs and shafts if to be replacedair and maintenance service
- Weld properly and do the proper alignment so that all the furrows work equally while applied
- Changing the lubricants and greasing
- Painting the whole equipment
